hump day
For what ever reason wednesdays workouts just kill me. Could be from Mondays brick workouts. 1230pm- 40 push otb 80 crunch otb Lakeside loop-slowly-27'08"32 I was drenched in sweat. Litterally dripping all over the floor. time for work.
