Chores chores chores

So I bouldered at the gym for like 2 hours. Kinda just cruising around working on a couple of the new probs I havent sent yet. Also hit a quick set of pushups and pullups.

Afterward I ran my whole hill loop in about 40 min,maybe an hour. I just kinda went for it. The trail was cruiser and the hills don't even punish me anymore its kinda funny.I finished up as dusk was just settling in. The bulk of the hills are at the end of the run too. They are all long continous sustained climbs that kind of break you down . For some reason Ive aclimated to this route. I could run this much faster but prefer to stay kinda close to my comfort zone. I was'nt trying to wipe myself out but I was still pushing.

After coming home I started my laundry, cleaned my house, took out the trash, vacuumed etc. Made lunches, watched some tapes. Ate some ginger mongolian beef and veggie leftovers and rice.


My moods are still very erradict. My whole divorce is effecting me more than I have complete control over. My mental state fully effects my physical state and energy levels and ability to train.

Some days I just feel so drained and tired. Other days Strong. Ive also been on a rotating shift at work with inconsistant days off. Money is an issue, I'm super stressed out. I may be able to move to Tucson soon and live rent free.
I'd miss my friends and have never moved out of a 10 mile square radius from where I was born and raised. My life feels like the fourtune from a fortune cookie. Or some strange proverb. All in all things are good.

more late posts

Tues feb 20th-Took Rhianon climbing for like three hours. We just bouldered around and did mostly easy stuff. Did some plyo pushups and stretched for a while.

So @ around 130pm or so feb 18th sunday-I took Rhianon to run the back half of my hill loop. I set the pace super slow like 12 minute miles maybe even a hair slower , still running but just barely. Sure enough she did it, she almost stopped on the last climbing section but made it. We cruised the meandering trails back to my truck partially running but mostly walking due to the fact that we were on very steep game trails that most people would have a tough enough time just trying to get up them in the first place let alone run and scramble up them... She was pretty hammered after we got back to my place and passed out face down on my bed with in 10 minutes. She woke up super sick and dehydrated. I forced her to eat and drink which she did'nt want to do but once she did after about 15 minute she cleared all the air out of her stomach and started feeling better. I was a little skeptical but later in the evening she texted me to see if I wanted to run the hills again in the morning. I knew she was tough and together we have done far more difficult runs but this run in particular seems to just kick everyones ass I take on it. Kind of funny too because the thing is barely 3 miles but feels like 6 or 7. I prefer it because I can shoot over there go for a quick run , get a good workout and still have a ton of time left in the day.

A couple days late and a dollar short

Ahh well been busy,

thursday 15th -hand paddles with rhianon and we ran the ancil hoffman loop,I also beat on the heavy bag a while.


Friday was a rest day I kinda layed around and watched tapes.

Oh, well ,does 3 hours of sport fucking/marathon sex count as excercise?

All righty then. It's off to work for me.

Ive worked out the last two mornings in a row hitting the hand paddles,hevy bag ,shadow box,situps crunches,speed bag, the works. Im still working 10 hour graveyard shifts. Only 2 more.

Feeling slightly icky

I did some lite work yesterday. Hit the bag and shadow boxed a while. Been reading Sam Sheridan's a fighters heart. It's funny alot of his experiences ring true for my life as well.

Anyway yesterday was lots of errands, taxes, bills ,laundry, oil change. I did watch some tapes though. I slept all day and woke up feeling sick and just laid around in bed reading. I headed down town @ like9pm and got coffee and walked around. Ate some hummus and flat bread @ a hukkah bar.

Heavy bag

A quick session last night alternating between heavy bag, speed bag, shadow box, and my ex came by, she held the hand paddles we worked out for a bit. Thats about it
