Well I'm having trouble sleeping .
I've been back on swing shift for 3 days now.
I decided to work on the heavy bag for a bit. It's been a while since I've put the bag gloves on and gone ballistic. 45 minutes heavy and speed bags. Working on 4 to 6 hit combinations on the heavy bag and different rhythms on the speed bag.
