How could I forget, toward the end of my run my inner thighs started chafing really bad.
This has only happened twice before. Last summer while training for an ultra it happened on two separate occasions. Both times during long runs of 2 hours or more. I remember having some blistex and rubbing that on the inside of my legs and it worked. Today as with the other time I was un prepared so I suffered through it. This is'nt a regular problem and no it is'nt because I'm over weight and my fat thighs are rubbing together. Just weird thats all, my nipples are all good though.
