So I haven't ran since Canello!!!
One serious taper.
So I decided to set out on my regular loop tonight.
Well it was a very phleghmy run. My nose ran too!!!
Nice and cool,actually ran in my long sleeve.
Easy run didnt really push it just flowed easy.
I'm definitely not sick.
Oh my time...
I believe it's the fatest I've ever run the loop 37'10"74
