Hot and slow :)

Again parked @ the corner of 22nd and spanish trail road and ran out to the park.
I'm still being cautious and taking my e-caps about every 20-30 minutes.
Once I reached the park I refilled my hand held and ate a gel and headed back.
It was hot today and I felt really slow. I actually dumped one of my small bottles on my head.
Total run time 1 hour 16 minutes 21

4 minutes faster then last time and I actually felt much slower.
