I got kinda freaked out because I'm running slow and my mileage is way down because my body just won't tolerate it.

I've resigned to run until I finish or I am pulled because of time.
I've gotta get my head in this. Maybe Iam okay.
I know I can do the distance.
The question is can I do it in the time allowed?
I picked a real challenge for my first 50....well it picked me sort of.
