I'd like to think that if I was I would pass.
Monday got off work and
Sets- 25 push otb
50 crunch otb
run loo to the park for 10 pullups
run back
25 push otb
50 crunch otb
run loo to the park for 10 more pullups
run loo home then head out for a 28 minute51seconds60 run
Not to complain but I've had some sort of stomach crud for weeks now and was really hoping to get over it without antibiotics but @ this point it's getting to close to my intense month of training. So I may have to go get a script filled :(
