070907 ok-So I took a newbie for a light run up sabino/rattlesnake to shuttlestop 3. He did well and I was just out for a light run . He walked a little and I ended up running back and forth from the lot up the road to him and back for a bit.
Ok so break down I've had it.
It's go time- 3 sets of 50 pushups
3 sets of 10 pullups
50 squats
50 dead hang crunches from the pullup bar
200 crunches of variety.
So I have to be back @ work @ 4am. I gotta eat sleep and get ready cause I get off @ 130pm tommorrow and plan on running for 3 hours or so after work.
