So the clock struck 130am and I got the urge to hit the bags for about 30min. Combonation work,movement strike strike strike. just keep putting it together. Trans itioning between speed and heavy bag, my stamina is good. Did a40 set of pushups then about 10 pullups.
My pull up bar is finally up , unfortunately this time around I didnt have the option of where to put it so It went in the walk way into my kitchen. Well the ceiling is low, @ least for me. so Im forced to put my body horizontal and bring my chest up to the bar because there is no room for my head between the ceiling and the top of the bar. This makes for one tough pullup. Works wonders for my core too.
