ok poppy and Zane dropped us off @ cactus forest loop and we ran the trail to the road,my niece was having major G.I. issues and we mostly walked. I continued to run and she got a ride with Poppy I continued to run out of the park and head out towards Escalante( which seems newly paved with sweet bike lanes)(huge) on either side.
So I hit the splits when I hit the edge of escalante and stopped my watch@ harrison
which is exactly 2 hilly miles
