ok went out to hairpin boulders today.
Bouldered a little,still not able to weight my right hand fully, light bouldering really nice.
So since that went well
easy pull up sets
3,2,1-pullups
3,3,3 australians
5,5,5 standing rows.
Finger is in recovery mode/ rebuild mode.
Hooray for healing!!!
Well since I havent been running swimming or riding either ,my back seems fine!!!!
Hmmm interesting.
I would like to try my around the block, half run half walk for a while to see how my back tolerates it.
Man I'm falling apart.
