Decided to do the Lakeside Loop in my shoes I'm preparing to use in some upcoming tri's.
I've used them before so they are broken in, I just have to get them used to being ran in barefoot(o socks) and with the bungee laces oh ad ran in fast!. I won a set of custom bungee laces last year so I laced em up w/those!
Everything went well and a fairly fast loop to boot.

So roller trainers are unique in that you balance and make them function by pedaling.
Yes your wheels get spit off the roller drums.
I like to practice in between the wall and counter just in case!
I think its much more difficult then riding on the road.

Zane was wondering what the heck I was doing!
I was riding just next to his play pen.
The bike felt good!
