My back started bothering me after work the other night and I decided to take a small break.
Today I rode to clements but there was a class and was told the pool opened back up @ 6pm so I decided to go for a ride.
Total ride including round trip to the pool-
11.4 distance
time 44'43
max speed 28.3
avg speed 15.3
swim 200 warm up 500 or 600 lost track
25yardsx6 rest = to time per 25 yards.
100 yards x 2 same as above
some 50's
25 yards underwater.
then a few hundred yards cool down.
Not sure of tomorrows workout.
