I've had a few nagging injuries, these were all prior to my race.
My neck/shoulder has some kind of strain or tear and my left achiles is very tight.
As much as I would have liked to swim today because my swim was so weak on thursday I opted not to and chose to do a recovery run instead.
Lakeside loop-start off walking run for 10 walk for 1 run for 10 walk for 1 run.
Even with all the walking I still did this in 24'42"14

I've had a weird achilles ache for about 2 months now. Those things heal slow. I was told it was better to keep training (not heavy) than do nothing; at least it was getting some blood flow which would help the healing. I just do a lot of stretches. Hope you heal up soon!
