ok afterwork-road theTT bike up clements for a swim.
SWIM
100yard warm up
100 yard drill
8x25 yards all out- rest is equal to the time it takes to swim 25 yards.
Then into 1000 yards straight up
cool down 100 drill
100 free.

Into the bike- from Clements I rode the TT bike up to Sag east and then bike home
Total bike including to clements-

It was very windy, so windy in fact @ times I was reduced to 5mph, I could barely pedal!

MATH-
Ok so back @ home directly into 3hrs 30 minutes of Math problems in preparation for Mondays work stuff...

RUN
Then I headed out to run the lakeside loop22'38"20
