my gait and foot strike felt very off tonight and I have a little road shock.

Entered the splash and dash scheduled for thursday april 2nd @6p.m.
My hopes are kind of low for doing well considering I have to work from 5am-2pm the day of the race then drive to Tempe for the race... should be interesting anyhow!
