Ran the Lakeside Loop tonight-21'14"22
For the most part my runs the last few weeks have felt very disjointed and my legs and hips have felt all out of wack with the rest of my body.
I wanted to run for an hour tonight but opted not too , in part because my running has been off and I plan on swimming in the morning; Wednesday will be my only rest day before my sprint aquathalon on thursday.
Thursday I will be awake 16 hours prior to my race so again my hopes are low for a fast race. In addition I've worked the past 8 days in a row.
