Worked from 6am to about 4pm...
Afterwork I shot up to finger rock trail head.
Ran my usual up to the spring, fast this time.It was barely snowing.
Maybe a p.r. not sure 27min34sec29
It felt stoooopid fast.
Drove to edith ball afterwards, the pool was steaming, water temp 84degrees.
I've been reading total immersion, and worked on some of the techniques from the book, floated a bit not sure how many yards but a ton of 50 and 100 yard sets,left my watch in the jeep.
