So last night I walked Loodog twice.
Today I went to Reid park intent on running the dirt loop around the ball fields.
The ball fields were closed so I ran around the outside.
It's about a 1/2 mile and I did 2 loops
total time 14min45sec
then
went to Edith Ball pool and did

The only thing thats a little nagging sore is the attaching tendon @ the top of my gastrocenemius muscle where the tendon moves through the sheath.
