ugg tired and lazy
so drove up for a swim
50 warm up
then 4 or 5 x 100
then a 5oo in like 8'35"
then a few 50's for cool down
ok I don't feel like running...
so 5 minutes death by squats(137 total)
into
5 minutes death by burpees(only 22 total my core and legs were toast)
I get to go to work now hooray!!!
