a walk around the block, the loo dog is sick so she didnt get to go.
The calibration on nike+ is off yet again!!!
It recorded this walk as 1 mile yet it's the same one I regularly do and it's about a mile and a half....grrrrr.....oh well.
Friday is my last long workout day til HOTTER THEN HELL 12!
