So its been a couple hours since my run at reid park and I'm bored so-1-50set of pushups, a long time on the speed bag, time on heavy bag with 16oz gloves,speed bag, heavy bag with baby gloves, rest, water, juice, 1-50 set of pushups. 10 pullups. Scratch that- make that 11 pullups and more heavy bag work/gloveless this time.
