Countdown til work
Ok so I boxed a bit heavy bag/speed bag and did an exploratory run up finger rock trail. I did'nt start running til a little after 7pm and did'nt expect to run for long. I did have the where-with-all to bring my headlamp. Very cool trail brought me way out and above the city lights. I plan on going back as soon as possible to run all the way out to Finger rock.
