okay I have several workouts un posted ,a few hikes a couple climbing days and a few rides, but am getting straight to what I was training for any way..................
El tour-Rode the El Tour on my custom built single speed.
Got my back k-taped the day before.
109 miles in 8hrs40minutes-12.5 mph avg.
Rode the first 70 or so w/ my buddy Tom also on a custom single speed!
I only walked the wash crossings(dirt rocks sand)
Anyway I feel decent today.
