small workout-the first of anything other then walking in a month.
Started with
5 push otb
10 sit-ups otb
then ran around the block
fast walk for 1 min then ran.
total time 9'22"04
my back is still not right.
I haven't been taking mass amounts of ibuprofen or anything and it certainly doesn't feel crooked or out-of wack now just strained and sore which is improvement.
@ least Zane and P are wonderful :)
