sunday
went on a bit of a walk and bouldered w/ the fam @ the entrance boulders.
My back is really screwed up. my finges arent completely healed.
Well I'm hoping I can get it to heal this time and not do something stupid ilke I did last month and think I can mountain bike 3 days in a row.

So I'm sure my blog will continue to be minimal seeing as I am unable to really workout unless I want to be in chronic pain....Im hoping to just take it easy for the summer.

best laid plans

Well I figured I'd start shooting for some semblance of a schedule so
I'm going for 3 days a week for a month...mon, wed, fri. then we'll see about adding a fourth day for a long run.

friday 5/7/10-woke up with plans to run and workout but opted against it.
My spine feels horrible,my back and fingers hurt.
I lay in bed and stretched for about 45minutes.
