1/30/08-wed -before work I went to my place did some laundry and ran my old loop, 34 minutes or so.

Got up before work and ran the Loo dog for about 20 minutes then I went back out and ran fast for about 18 more.

Lotus and P(bike) and I went for a run downtown. 31 minutes or so.

I've noticed Lotus runs super hard for like 15 ,minutes, somewhere around 6 minute miles, we fly then after that shes pooped and we cruise the last 15 minutes @ like 11-12 minute miles.

Got off At 830pm took Loo Dog for a 21 minute run.

Got off work @ 7pm-worked 12 hours today.

I could tell Loo needed to run so we went again.
About 31 minutes or so.

She took a walk break for maybe 3-5 minutes or so but a very very fast walk break.

Old dog in the sun

Ok for those who don't know , Lotus a.k.a Loo is a nine year old pitbull, my girlfriend P's pitbull... but, she let's me borrow Loo all the time.
So I got home early from work and took Loo out for a run in the sun :)
We ran all over downtown and by the time we hit the last couple blocks home she just kinda sat down and said I don't wanna go home. She doesn't usually get her walks or runs in the daylight and she was having so much fun smiling in the sunshine. Nice weather too. Short sleeve t-shirt and shorts.
Total cruising time 31 minutes 25 seconds 71.

ok I did 30 minutes with Lotus and P on friday around downtown.

Uh ok I did A run with lotus and P on her bike last week 35 minutes. Then I rode my bike for an hour right after.

The following day Lotus P and I went on another run(P rides her bike).
Lotus is becoming a very good girl and doesnt seem to konk out as bad.
We all go real fast now!
