Sunday 070807-Ok so I went to sabino looked at a map and wanted to check out Blacketts ridge and really wanted to stay off the pavement . So I started off running bear canyon trail-linked- to sabino lake trail-linked-to sabino dam trail-linked- to creek trail-linked to phone line link-linked -to upper phone line link-linked to blacketts ridge trail. On the way down I took lower phone line trail to lower bear canyon road back to the visitors center. So This run is sic sic sic...I'm in love. I scrambled way out past the end trail sign and stood on top of a pinnacle. total run time 2 hours 10 minutes or so . Also the phone line trail proper is still closed and there is a sign warning of some stiff fines and jailtime.
