Ok I work til 1am tonight and have to be back at work early the next morning so here goes-
It's monday so I'm doing my sets now-
25 push otb
50 crunch otb
run up to park
10 pullups
Ok then I will do my standard loop run.(edit- run time took 16min27sec92hund, It's super hot)
I'm also riding to and from work.
This is day 1 of a 10 day work stretch :(
